About Me
I have been actively serving the 4 towns in the Region 14 Probate Court district by helping families through the Probate process. In addition, I strive to improve the Probate system as a whole by serving on 3 Committees of the Probate Assembly. My experience includes over 30 years as an attorney. That includes having served in many fiduciary roles, such as administrator, conservator, guardian ad litem for indigent clients, and guardian for intellectually disabled persons.
What does the Probate Court Do?
Probate Courts handle a variety of legal matters, including estates, trusts, conservatorships, guardianships for the intellectually disabled, guardianships of children, adoptions, name changes, and more. More information on this can be found at www.ctprobate.gov
